The first time Riga City Pass project was opened in 2015 summer season by the name City Explorer, offering special deals for tourists in private sector, as a coupon book, which tourist got in the Riga Sightseeing bus, buying a ticket. Mostly there were discounts from travel agencies for different kind of tours in Riga and Latvia. Since that time it became popular between tourists. It took one and a half year to realize that offering only discounts for tours is not enough for tourists, and we were asked to add more and more deals to our project. Suddenly in 2016 we began to receive many requests from private sector and self-government to add their service to our project. Our project became more multiform, and in 2017 got name of Riga City Pass, supplemented with museums, restaurants, shops and many other useful services for tourists. At the request of our partners we decided not to limit time of Riga City Pass, so that tourists can get in Riga as many benefits as possible! Travel agencies and hotels of Riga became main advertisers and distributors of new product. Nowadays Riga City Pass team makes strict selection and control of partners, to offer you wide range of services, which will help you to make your holiday in Riga unforgettable!
